Buying Guide

FABRIC, BEADING & COLOURS

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, there is the possibility for small changes in bead & stone placement. These are handmade traits and should not be regarded as defects, but enhancements to our product’s uniqueness. Under no circumstances will Ofrenda Studio return or exchange accessories in due to slight variances. We offer customizations like colour and length on a case by case basis.

LEAD TIME

6-8 weeks. Ofrenda can accommodate rush orders up to 2-4 weeks. Please talk to your representative for rush options, as they are approved on a case-by-case basis. We recommend brides place their order at least 3 months in advance.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be charged directly through the PO site. Shipping costs are based on a flat rate per order total. 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Ofrenda  Studio has a website (https://ofrenda.studio) which allows our retailers to easily place and pay for orders online. Users will be provided with an account specific username/password Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with your invoice number. We are happy to provide a training session for the program to anyone requiring further assistance.

PAYMENTS

Orders can be paid in full. Alternatively, a 50% deposit must be paid when placing an order for the order to be processed. The remaining balance is due when the items are ready to ship. Ofrenda Studio accepts payment by credit card through Stripe. The items cannot be shipped if a retailer’s account is not up to date.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed & a deposit generated, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations. It is the retailer’s responsibility to pay all orders in full at the time of shipment, regardless if a bridal party has cancelled their order.

FIRST ORDER MINIMUM 

$1500 samples order to carry the brand. Subsequent orders are subject to no minimum.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders must be requested before a PO is submitted. Rush orders are charged at a flat fee of $40. If requested, rush orders can be shipped outside of our regular shipping schedule.

EXCLUSIVITY

Exclusivity zones must be earned. Retailers who sell $6k per year will be given a 50km radius. Retailers who sell $10k  per year will be given a 100km radius. Exclusivity zones are reassessed each year, and can be lost if these terms are not upheld.
